The club and the Trust are in regular contact throughout the season, with the Trust invited to feed back on a number of issues directly to the club. It is important that this dialogue is open and transparent and the club and Trust have run a number of filmed and written Q&As to keep fans informed on the club’s thinking in a number of key areas.
Very few Trusts and clubs run Q&As in this manner and through the Trust’s democratic structure, any supporter can get involved in this process. It’s important to recognise that views vary considerably throughout the fanbase on many subjects and we take care to include the widest possible opinion in both the Q&As and regular dialogue with the club.
The last Q&A, held in March, attracted more than 20,000 views on YouTube and received excellent feedback. We are now pleased to share part two ahead of the season’s kick off.
The topics covered in both sessions are based on the most common questions sent by Forest supporters. The Trust received hundreds of questions from both Trust members and the wider fanbase and this second session covers:
- The approach for the 23/24 season
- Ticketing, memberships and pricing
- Plans for the women’s team
- The strategy for the academy
- The club’s sustainability plan
- The future of fan dialogue
