Following our recent elections, the new Trust board met ahead of the Manchester City home match.

We discussed our priorities and aims for 2023 and we are pleased to share the outcome here. We will now work together as a board with our various partners to deliver these aims,

Dialogue

· Explore potential to open new social media channels to reach more supporters; including example TikTok and LinkedIn.

· Continue Q&As with the club which are open to the entire fanbase.

· Explore opportunities for series of Q&As with various people at the club and possibly other relevant organisations.

· Work with other fan groups inside and outside the Forest family.

· Consult football finance experts to learn more about Financial Fair Play rules.

· Share supporter feedback on home and away ticketing.

Inclusivity

· Increase the number of Trust members.

· Improve value for money for all members, offering discounts at partner companies, competitions and opportunities to feed back.

· Increase diversity amongst the membership.

· Continue and widen support for Nottingham Forest Women.

· Extend the reach of the Trust to the wider fanbase beyond members.

· Explore options to build on the success of the My City My Shirt diversity campaign.

Community

· Share member views on all apsects of interest, including ticketing, matchday experience and sustainability issues when the Peter Taylor Stand redevelopment happens.

· Continue to promote support for foodbanks collections on matchdays and work with other fans groups and charities to make the collections more successful.

· Develop a closer relationship with the Nottingham Forest Community Trust.

· Support CPR training and provision of defibrillators through fundraising and awareness.

· Support ethical club and footballing initiatives – for example the UNHCR sponsorship, Green Football Weekend etc.

National

· Work closely with the Football Supporters’ Association (FSA) and retain our affiliation.

· Support the outcomes of the Government’s Fan-Led Review.

· Support the Premier League’s Fan Engagement Standard and a Fan Advisory Board.

· Take part in the FSA’s Premier League Network and work with other club’s fan groups on issues such as fixture rescheduling and VAR usage.

· Support the FSA’s new Women’s Football Network.
