The Trust received a large number of questions from Trust members and the wider fanbase and the most common questions were asked. It should be acknowledged and noted that some questions received were related to individual employees and ex-employees of the club. These exact questions could not be asked due to legal or ethical reasons. However, the broader essence of the questions were still covered in detail.

- How the club has fared on its return to the Premier League
- The current roles and responsibilities of senior staff
- Club finances and Financial Fair Play
- Player recruitment strategy
- Commercial activities and sponsorship
- Season card renewals and pricing
- An update on the Peter Taylor Stand redevelopment
The club indicated that some questions were better answered at the end of the season in a second part of the Q&A because more detail will be able to be provided at that time. This will be filmed and released after the final game at Crystal Palace.
