We note that the decision has been referred to a Commission, independent of both the Premier League and the Club, in order to determine appropriate sanction, if any. We also note that the League has stated that it will make no further statement until the decision of the Commission is made public.
NFST has developed a strong and productive dialogue with Forest over the years and we will use the established channels in due course to consult with the club to understand their position. Profit and Sustainability Rules – A Statement from NFST
Nottingham Forest Supporters’ Trust is greatly concerned at the news of the Premier League charging Forest relating to an apparent breach of the League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules for the season 2022/23.
