Asset Lock

At the annual general meetings following the first annual general meeting of the Society one third of the members of the Society Board first elected by the members (to be chosen by lot) will resign from office. Thereafter the one third of the members of the Society Board elected by the members who have served the longest at the date of the annual general meeting each year will resign. If at any time the number of elected directors is not divisible by three, the Society Board shall decide the number of elected directors to resign in accordance with this Rule, which shall be approximately one third of the total number. |

The Registered Office is where all formal and legal documents will be sent, and the office where items such as the society membership list and the seal will be kept. If you wish to change this address then there is a separate process to go through.

Does the Society have a sealing instrument?
This is a metal instrument for impressing a seal on paper documents such as a share certificate. It is not necessary to have one though some societies like to buy one. The Football Supporters' Association does not supply these instruments, the society will need to source and buy one separately.
